Team 35 - 4d

My name is Joe Ford, Novice endurance rider and veteran trail rider. Up till this year I had only ever rode TN Walkers. Just bought an Arabian to get a bit more competitive in endurance.  Still not sure what all this trotting stuff is all about. But with sore muscles nagging friends and a mean dressage instructor I am getting better slowly but surely.
Will be putting the majority of my miles on the Arabian, Flash Coltrane, but My walking horse General Beauregard will come in off the bench on occasion.

  1. Joe, you do know you dont have to have an arabian to be competitive in endurance dont you? It just takes a horse, not even the "right horse" with capabilities to pulse down, enjoy moving out with you and the ability to pulse down. Then you train , and out train the competition. We have had several BCs on different horses doing this and so can you.
