Hi my name is Kerri Ross and I live in North Platte , Ne. I am renting a place out in country so I can have all my critters. I live with My awesome Boyfriend Clint who supports my bad animal habit- specifically horses and my crazy riding and dogs My son Kaden shares the love of horses and has his own horse Sonny- and he like to do 4-h and trailride and learning to rope- and lamb 4-h. He also does Football- so he keeps me busy! My daughter is going to college as a freshman this yr so my household is one less most the time- and We have 4 dogs and an indoor cat. Two of my dogs are therapy dogs and we go on visits when we can. Outdoors I have 3 of my own horses and my son has one. Bella ( 11 yr Morgan, Black ) is my main mount for CTR and DD I have a 6 yr palomino mare Gypsy that I do mostly womens Drill team and more trailriding with- she is a rescue- then i HAVE A FRIESIAN x Arabian filly yrling that is also a rescue- she is my CTR and possible endurance prospect- and then we have sonny- a big Quarter horse gelding Palimino. Then we have 2 goats and a lamb. I enjoy riding about as much as I enjoy breathing- That is the reason why I call myself- READY TO RIDE My goal last yr was to be in top ten - and I did it at level 9. This yr was to do more ground training and stay in top ten- Hope to meet some more of you in the yrs to come out on the trail!

ReplyDelete4.33 at arena indoors in Kearney- yes u heard me- indoor arena actually read my garmin- so happy- then rode with my son and a young gal- 10.44 miles- total 34.62 I have to keep telling myself that my goals are about ground work- cuz I start feeling anxiety I am getting behind the race lol- I am determined that this yr will be about the ground work :) and ride all I can after

rode in the NATRC ride nicker n neighs in perry lake Kansas- had a absolute blast- my kinda riding- 40 miles between sat and sun- rode 1.21 on kaden horse- to see if he was truly sick- he is- back to vet he went- same crap as over 3 weeks agao- it just came back w vengeance- he went to vet no fever but lungs have some fluid and snotty nose again- heis still eating- so h got a shot of steroids and 10 day antibiotic and now he is on antihistamine in grain and watering his hay- man :( had a great weekend and now doctorin a sick horse- 374.4 total now-
